It is clearly good. I mean it sucks the turn you cast it but after that it rules the skies. I wouldn't cut it unless I had more than two. If I'm playing black I hope I have one in my pool. I'd draft it somewhere after the top picks and before the crap, 5-7 pick territory. There are a lot of good black commons, but I wouldn't expect it to table.
